We ship everything through our preferred supplier, Sendle. You will get a tracking code and your parcel will be sent as a priority package. We are only shipping to United States for now.
We may offer local delivery if you are around Long Beach, or Orange County in California. Please contact us to schedule that.
Our Return and Refund policy is pretty detailed, please find it HERE.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
As much as I wish to be able to gift everyone that, It’s not something I can be responsible for the moment. As a super small artisan, we are making sure you get the best price for your item, and work so hard on it, I am honest… It’s not profitable… But it’s so much fun!!

Coupon Code are valid for a specific amount of time. They are not cumulable. And shipping will still be applied. Except if the coupon is for FREE SHIPPING!
Yes and No! If the side that is dipped is at the top, yes, they will drip. Especially the dark colors that requires more than one dip. Depending on the style of candle that you choose, some are more dripping than others.
If you are interested by a long wooden one, yes! We can sell you that! I am still working on updating the store every so often and will add this add-on product for purchase. In the meantime, contact me if you need one before it’s on the website!
